Common leaks in Jacksonville homes
Most leaks we find are not in the field of the roof at all. They are at penetrations — plumbing boots that have cracked in the sun, flashing at a chimney or a wall, valleys packed with oak debris, or a nail that backed out and lifted a shingle.
