What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and whatever you tell us about the work you need. If you use the visualizer we also record the roof and gutter combination you selected, so our estimator can quote the thing you actually picked.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare your estimate. It goes into our customer management system and is shared with the members of our team working on your job. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people move through the site. That involves cookies and records things like which pages you visited and roughly where you are. It does not tell us who you are unless you fill out a form.

Getting your data removed

Call (904) 979-0556 or email jacksonville@diversity-roofing.com and ask. We will delete what we hold, subject to records we are required to keep for completed contracts.
