Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. If your roof has years left, we will tell you that and leave. We would rather be the company you call in five years than the one that sold you something today.
How fast can you come out?
Usually within a few days, and same-week in most of Duval and Clay County. After a named storm the queue gets longer — call as early as you can.
What does a roof cost in Jacksonville?
It depends on square footage, pitch, the number of layers coming off, and the material. Anyone quoting you a price over the phone without seeing the roof is guessing. We give you a written number after we have been on it.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Constantly. We document the damage, write the scope in Xactimate, and meet your adjuster on site. We are a contractor rather than a public adjuster, so we advocate for a correct scope of work — we do not negotiate your settlement or give legal advice.
